For Long Island companies that are done guessing.
The Alignment Audit
A fixed fee look at your whole business, ending in a written plan that says what to fix first, what to fix next, and what to leave alone.
Most consulting engagements start with a proposal for work nobody has diagnosed yet. That is a mechanic quoting a transmission before driving the car. The audit comes first because alignment comes before capital. You should know what is broken before you pay anyone to fix it.
How it works
We talk for an hour. No charge, no deck. You tell me what is happening. I tell you honestly whether this will help you.
I get into the business. Interviews with you and your key people, a look at your numbers, your systems, your sales process, and how work actually moves through the shop. Two to three weeks.
You get the written findings. What I found, ranked. What it is costing you, in dollars where I can put a number on it. What to do first, second, and third, and why each one sits where it does.
We sit down and go through it. You keep the document either way. If you want help executing, that is a separate conversation. The audit is not a sales trap for a bigger engagement.
What it takes
Two to three weeks. A few conversations with your people, thirty to sixty minutes each, scheduled around the work. A fixed fee I quote you after our first call, once I know the size of what I am looking at. That number does not move unless the scope moves, and if it moves I tell you before the work happens, not after.
What you walk away with
- A written findings document you own.
- A ranked order of operations.
- A dollar figure attached to every problem I can quantify.
- A clear answer on which of your current vendors and tools are earning their keep.

Questions owners ask
What if you find something you cannot fix?
I tell you, and I tell you who can. I do not sell software or implementation services, so I have no reason to pretend a problem is mine to solve.
Do I have to hire you after?
No. The findings document is yours. Plenty of owners run the plan themselves. That is a fine outcome.
How disruptive is this to my team?
A few conversations, thirty to sixty minutes each, scheduled around the work. Nobody stops what they are doing.
Why should I trust a solo consultant over a firm?
Because with a firm you meet the senior person once, in the pitch. Here, the person you meet is the person who does the work and the person whose name is on the result.
What does it cost?
A fixed fee, quoted after our first conversation, because a twelve person shop and a forty five person shop are not the same job. You get the number before you commit to anything. It does not change unless the scope does, and scope does not change without you saying so.
